EMPLOYEE CONTRACTING PROGRAM

Our supported employment program offers employers the opportunity of having an on-site workforce, together with a job coach who supervises productivity and clients. Many of our job seekers enjoy repetitive tasks and by having an interchangeable workforce, paid based on agreed upon productivity levels, employers can avoid turnover, absenteeism, and benefit issues while helping many of our clients to supplement their income.
